Knee length, apron style, wrap, over skirt is sheer, perfect for wearing over leggings or over a black skirt.
Sheer black horizontal stripes are interspersed with glittering red lurex fabric. creating a plaid effect. Ties are an extension of the waistband, like an apron, and can be tied at front, back or side. Satin binding at the edge and rounded corners. Fabric is spun rayon. Brand is Mosiana - 1980s.
