The Apo is made in a tailored clothing factory in Turkey where majority of Top Shelf fabrication is manufactured. A higher end factory has the ability to execute more difficult sartorial details like the barchetta pocket on the left chest.  Barchetta (means little boat) pockets are curved.  A detail you often see in Italian soft coats. Beyond that, it’s higher end details (buttons, fill, etc.)
